All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During this time, we:

  • Prepare your shipment for dispatch

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Shipping carrier information
  • A tracking link to monitor your delivery

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


5. Shipping Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Carrier operational delays
  • High shipping volumes

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

LIXXUS is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@lixxus.com. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, LIXXUS cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors.
  • Looking around your delivery location.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Returns & Replacements

  • 15-Day Returns for eligible unworn items.
