Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, makeup, washing, or alterations are not eligible for return.


30-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee for eligible products.

A replacement may be requested if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The incorrect size or color was shipped by LIXXUS.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift Cards
  • Accessories (unless defective)
  • Products showing signs of wear or washing
  • Products without original tags
  • Items returned without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was sent.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • LIXXUS is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please:

  1. Return the eligible item within 15 days.
  2. Once your refund is processed, place a new order for your preferred item.

If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item or defective product), we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the returned item once it has been received and approved.
